Barbara Jean Cernan on Success of Apollo 10 Mission (1969)
Просмотров 921 день назад
Television and other news media swarmed astronauts' homes during crewed space missions to talk with their earthbound families. The El Lago City Council even considered charging mobile news units a $750 fee to enter the neighborhood. This television news footage for Houston's KPRC-TV shows Barbara Jean Cernan, wife of Gene Cernan, speaking to reporters outside her home upon the return of Apollo ...

The Lunar Landing Training Vehicle mounted a gimbaled jet engine face down to simulate the microgravity the Lunar Module would encounter during its descent to the Moon. This footage combines a 1969 government film with television news coverage of astronaut Neil Armstrong performing landing maneuvers at Houston's Ellington Air Force Base ahead of Apollo 11. Big 2 News
R.I.P. to the 23 peoples and not the gunman who lost their lives in that massacre.
You can see a clear trajectory through the years of all various performances of the Joker. Jack Nicholson was obviously very influenced by Romero, but took it to a much darker place. Then Heath took what Nicolson did further into the depths of depravity. With the River Phoenix joker, they stripped away all the kitschy fantasy elements and rooted the character in reality which makes it the darkest of all. There’s nothing more scary than reality.
She has hearing issues
The fact that they had the gall to immediately blame the victims is just one more reason why I find our current government to be absolutely vile.
I loved his style of playing the Joker in the Batman series. You could tell he was having fun and did an excellent job doing so. That's a true artist who never felt the role was beneath him to play the villain in a TV series. Great job Mr. Romero. Great job. 🙂
Those uppity outside agitators stirring up trouble at Moody Park.
Beryl anyone?

Pretty Jan Stephenson has finally found the golf game to match her looks. Jesus, dude. Hysterical.

I used to love to listen to the Astros radio broadcast when I was very young and I remember the music that played right before the breaks. It had horns or trumpets in the song. Does anyone remember the title, please?

0:32 the fear in her face 😭
Loved seeing Judge Pete Perez at the 2:25 mark.
Im going to call it now!!! The first actor to portray "The Joker" was Latino-American. His parents were from Cuba. Which is why he never shaved his mustache when he played the Joker, because he was proud of his Cuban heritage. You cant really get away with that now after Ledger's Joker setting the bar so high in a Batman film, but he was the first which I think is pretty cool!!! 💜🤡
Please release the whole show.Missed “Bongo Fury” because of a death in the family.Saw Frank later with Adrian Belew and then the last two shows before the ‘Dillo closed forever.PLEASE!Thank you!!!
All loves Hoss❤❤❤❤❤

I loved watching Channel 2 news with Ron Stone and Doug Johnson. They were professional, informative, and had great pride in their city and state.
Cesar Romero was a great actor but also a very modest guy.
